Does California law allow for military families to break a lease if they get orders to ship out? |
I was only given 17 days notice & I do not think that it is right to do that. The tennants were in the middle of a one year lease. All states including California will allow a military man to break a lease. it may not be 'right' BUT Behold the Underling Truth. that GI is securing your freedom to own that property. Why don't you offer to take his/her place and, go over seas for them. Are you an American or not? I spent two years in 'Nam for people like you and was wounded twice. Get off it. gee, son..you rented to a military family...guess what..military gets deployed....and you have a problem with someone going to fight for you and your country? |
