Why would a man buy a house if he was single? |
it's "not" obvious cris. Plus I'm a real estate agent but I see no reason why a single person feels they have to buy, and I see renting just as good as owning because of the foreclosures that are out there and the taxes and insurance costs that have risen recently. To earn equity. Because he wants more space than an apartment. Because he was tired of wasting his money on rent. Great investment, doesn't have to pay rent, more room, more privacy. Lots of reasons. I bought my house as a single woman. A better question would be "Why would he not buy a house"...... as an unmarried loner, i dont see the point of buying a house. of course because of debt, im back with my parents. even with no debt, no one to share the house with so whats the point? its gets lonely and boring living by yourself after a while. investment and a place to call his own tax benefits Why not? I think it is a great idea all around. great investment, more space, a GARAGE! ..........Men LOVE their garages! More space, more control over their living arrangement, investment, likes the house, good location, nice amenities. I have a duplex, and I can rent to some one I like! Plus pay some of the bills. It,s for rent right now!, in Kenosha Wi.. because he's smart!he won't have to pay rent, and he'll always have a roof over his head!and maybe,he's waiting for the right woman to come and live with him! Any single man that owns a home is smarter the the person that asked this question. It's so obvious, there many reason above that are all obvious. because he is smart, its better than flushing rent money down the toilet every month, when you buy a house(provided you can afford it) you build equity, that payment you make every month goes towards you owning something i.e. a house, when you rent, you never see the money again....EVER I was tired of paying rent and wanted a dog. |
