What are some nice apartment complexes that dont care about credit in Atlanta Area? Now a days they all care about credit. Your best bet is to cruise around the area where you would like to live looking for "FOR RENT" signs as they often tend to be used by private landlords who are less apt to run your credit. Still, it is better to be upfront and honest about your poor credit to any potential landlord and offer a larger than normal security deposit to overcome the issue. Good luck! none of the nice apt complexes will let you in if you have bad credit (or they will charge you an arm and a leg). try looking for something an individual is renting as opposed to a company Try duplex rental companies. They just ask for your income and not credit. And not all duplex properties are scuzzy. I agree with Linkus. You should drive around and look for "for rent" signs in a neighborhood you would like to live in. Also check out http://craigslist.com Click on your city, then click on housing/rent. Sometimes Landlords who have ads say they do not do credit check if you have the move in money upfront. Be prepared to pay extra $$ when your credit is bad. Avoid large apartment complexes. They have a set standard, and they are not flexible. A person with bad credit is not acceptable. Check out mom & pop landlords. They will be more willing to work with you. |
