Can a person who holds 2 real estate license in both Florida and NY work in both states at the same time? |
how bout if I get a client in NY that wants to buy in Florida? Depends on the type of license. If you held a Brokers license in both states the answer would be yes. However since a licensed sales associate must work for a broker, you would need to work for the same broker in both states for it to be legal. yes as long as both are current Sure, but the commute would be a bit of a pain in the neck, wouldn't it? Why do you ask? If a person has a real estate license in NY he can practice there in the summer and then practice in Fl in the winter with his other license. There is no reason to exclude him from either state so long as the licenses are current. |
