Advice on where to rent/buy in London - with kids? |
We are considering moving to London and I wanted to check the prices of properties. I know some areas but would love more advice. I have two children, one about to start school and the other younger. We need at least 3 bedrooms and some area to play in. Good schools are important. I need to get to the airport easily (Gatwick and/or Heathrow) and to commute to the city easily. The only areas I'm fairly familiar with are Richmond and Muswell Hill, plus the west end - Covent Garden area (not so good for kids). In terms of budget, we want something nice although hopefully not over 2500 pounds per month. Check out this website: www.upmystreet.co.uk. It's really good for research purpose. erm tufnell park was ok |
