How much rent does a cell phone company pay to locate a cell site on the roof of a building? about 10 years ago I negotiated a lease for a cell phone tower to be placed on a business where I was manager. the rental price was $1000 per month. that price was for the antenna mounted on the roof and for space for a rack of equipment within the building (and electricity). It depends on the location of the building in relationship to the nearest main site. Depends. It is usually not that much, but it is always a long term lease. I work in the Telecom lease review field and have seen monthly rental for roof tops antenna sites range from $150 to $3000. It depends on the need for coverage in the area. You need to be careful in requesting to much money because they will consider collocation on another providers roof top antenna that is nearby rather than barter with you. |
