I'm curious how much you paid for a pet deposit when you rented your apt or home. thanks.? $200 when I rented my apartment in 2002. I got $100 back in 2006 when I moved out of that apartment. $300.00 initially In San Francisco, I paid an additional $500 pet deposit, with an additional $50 per month "pet rent." $250 deposit for 2 small cats with added rent per month of $15 per cat. as a landlord I charge $300 per pet as a deposit. 200 for my cat Never paid a deposit, but as a landlord I charge a $200 deposit for 1 or 2 cats. I don't allow dogs. If no damage is caused including to my carpets then the deposit is fully refunded. |
