How can I succeed as a timeshare seller?

How can I succeed as a timeshare seller?

Geesh! Get yourself a new job!

Timeshares were a scam that already had their day. Only an idiot would buy one, sell something worthwhile!

Change careers. Timeshares were a fad and have proven to have almost no resale value. Very few of the people who purchased them turned out to be satisfied and there was almost no market for them to get out from under the associated expenses.

My take on the questions is how can they be successful selling their timeshare not that they sell timeshares.

Selling your timeshare is never an easy task. What people don't understand is on the resale market you are competting to sell your unit against the other 10,000 owners that want to sell. When you are sellling the same comodity as other owners it makes it impossible to sell for what you bought it for and make for some serious competition.

My only advice is price it low and cut your loses. Unless you own at one of the better resorts like Marriott or Fairfield

TIMESHARES ARE NOT AN INVESTMENT

And they are for people who can afford them, most of the people that complain is because they didn't have the money to afford it in the first place or that did it thinking that they were a financial investment .

Timeshare is an investment in lifestyle, in future holidays, in family time together. When you show that value to people they do a good buy.
