Has anyone purchased a timeshare at Briggs Ranch San Antonio,Texas. R U Involved in the lawsuit against them

This was offered as a vacation club timeshare with various extravagant extras. I have heard it is now closed and has left everyone out in the cold. Attorneys are contacting owners to be involved in a class action lawsuit. Has anyone else heard of of have any knowledge about this matter.

I would like to know the answer to that. I wonder if that information is on record at the county courthouse?

I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau about them misrepresenting the maintenance fees. The sales rep had told me that them are not due until facility is open. No one from the company will call me back.

If anyone knows what you have to do to be a part of the lawsuit against Briggs Ranch.. Please let me know. I have been trying to contact them with no responses. Report It
