Working near Hood River. Best to live in WA or OR, for taxes? |
I may be looking for somewhere to live in the Hood River area. Is it better to live in WA or OR given the property taxes & income taxes, etc? Thanks, but i would most likely be working in WA. Level of life is about the same in Hood River, OR and White Salmon, WA. Property taxes are lower in WA then in OR. However, car registration taxes are higher in WA then in OR. Oregon. If you live in Washington and work in Oregon, you'll end up paying Oregon State taxes anyway. |
