Looking to buy an Italian suit in the Philadelphia area. Where is the best place to go?

I have $1,200 to $1,500 to spend.
I prefer a place that can tailor it for me.
Any info is greatly appreciated. Please share any personal experiences as well!

They have beautiful suits by great designers (Armani, D&G, Brioni, etc.) and have a tailor on site.
