Where do you go to get an exotic dancers license in philadelphia?

Most licenses in the city of Philadelphia are handled through the Department of Licenses and Inspections ("L & I"). If you are looking to open a business featuring exotic dancing, that's where you would start, although liquor licenses are handled separately through the liquor control board.
