What happened if u deposit cheks with no balance in ur bank?is it a crime?

It depends.

Were the checks written by someone else to you (you cut their grass and they paid you).
In that case, it is most certainly not a crime.

Were the checks written by you on an account that you know has no money in it?
Then that's called "bank fraud".

Well if you manage to put enough money in your account before the transaction takes place I think you should be ok.

I just don't know if they happen instantly nowa these days
