How can you raise your cerdit without any cerdit cards?

I had problems in the past with cerdit cars and now I want to fix my cerdit but I get decline when I apply for a cerdit card, I have a car payment in my name as well as a phone payment, Yet my cerdit stills seems low. Any other way to fix it?

Take a look, a close look, and make sure there is nothing fraudulent. Then go through and highlight every company that has a negative rating listed for you.

Use the contact information provided and speak with one of the consultants for each of the bureaus. They will give you information to patch the holes in your credit history so to speak.

I would not get a credit card now. The companies prey on people who have unestablished/poor credit and they will trick you with intro apr and variable interest that I've seen reach 40% (It can get that ridiculous)

I would apply for a small loan of no more than $1,000. Make your payments on time without making an early payoff.

If you do not want a loan go to a local jewelry store and apply for a small line of credit and buy some merchandise.

Again, make your payments on time without paying the merchandise off early.

Then, after 10 to 12 months of small but consistent good reports try for a card, but do not get more than 1 and no more than about a $1,000 limit.

Keep building and remember to check that annual credit report often.

Having a credit card is the most popular way to fix your credit. Another is to secure a "small" personal loan from a bank or other financial intitutions with a low intrest and low monthly payments and don't pay it off early. Make all payments on time.

If you can get a credit card get one with a low credit limit($500) for a while and buy something small every month ($50-$100) and pay it off at the end of the month. And don't keep the card with you all the time keep it at home put away.

phone isnt going to do anything for your credit dear, you have been mislead.

Go to your bank (or any local bank) with a couple hundred dollars (or whatever you can come up with, $50 or $100 would work fine as well) and tell them you want a secured credit card. :-) They'll fix you up in no time and eventually it will turn into a real credit card and the limit (every six months or so) will go up. :-)

This is your best bet. Good for you for fixing your credit! Ultimately it just takes time and *don't* ever get two or three weeks past your due date on a credit card or it will get reported to the credit bureaus.
