Can you still say that you were a Millionaire at 29 with a Million in the bank, now at 35 you are broke?

Who defines the term I was a Millionaire at the age of 29?

Of course...
'Were' being the operative word.
BOL on your next million... : )

You do. If it's factual. But why do you care?

Sure, you can say anything you want. And I'm sure that happens often. Even at 35, you can do it again.

you can say what you'd like freedom of speech just exsplain why

My first million was the hardest to make, once that was accomplished, I took $800,000 and deposited $600,000 in 3 different banks (at $200,000 a bank). This generated interest. Not much, but everything helps at this crucial point. I took the remaining $400,000 and invest in 2 apartment buildings. Bought them outright for $320,000.. I charge $650 a month rent for 6 tenants, for both complexes. Which generate $7800.00 ($93,600).
Now, I collected and saved the money from the first complex, while investing the money from the other complex, back into both. After 2 years, I invested the money saved from the first complex into another complex, generating more income.

I'm approaching 40. I started this at 27. I own 12 apartment complex buildings and living quite nicely.

From age 21-27, I worked at an ISP in Chicago, IL. Vesting nearly half of each paycheck back into the company (stock). The company was finally selling to a bigger company, and the stock made my first million.

Broke? Far from it. Just invested wisely.
