Debts to Pay?


$257/biweekly for these bills:

$92/month credit cards
$200/month car insurance
?? emergency savings??

What I'm asking is, how much should we be putting to each of these?

Well you see, all together our cc debt is about 2900, and we want to pay that off quickly...

Is the $257 the amount you have with each paycheck to apply to these bills? If this is the case that's $514 within a months time frame so you should be paying these bills in full each month with no problem and still have $222 left over to apply to anything else including savings

As you are making $514 a month which you def. have to pay 200 for a car insurance. You pay 92 dollars for credit cards which tells you are paying minimum. I would recommend you to pay your credit card first instead. The amount of money you will save from interest that would be your saving in long run. In addition your credit score will get increase as well and u might get either your credit increase or get a good credit card with low APR with a decent amount of credit limit.
This will also provide an extra cushion and expand your purchasing power.
