If I shipped a package?

If I shipped a package from rosedale, NY which is in Queens at priority, should it take 2 days or 3 days(including the day i shipped it)?

Depends on where you are shipping it to, and yes it only takes about 3 days. Probably NOT including the day you shipped it though.

Addition: Thank you for the extra info. Priority is 2-3 days and you are shipping within the same state. It should be 2 days not counting the day you shipped it.

If you go to a UPS store you could get it there over night for very little by using UPS Standard which is ground but the distance is close enough that they will deliver it next business day. You will have to catch them before last pick up which is within an hour or two. All of this should be confirmed with the staff at a UPS store. The price would be about $12 for a box 1' x 1' x 1'.

Well If it's a very important package, why don't you just give USPS a call? They are better qualified to answer your question, remember that in here unless the user is a USPS employee you'll only get answers based on the EXPERIENCE of others, you know, a general idea and this is not always 100% reliable. You don't want to have to blame someone in here if the package didn't arrive in the time you wished it did ;-)

I dont know where that is, just wanted to give a little shipping info. Regardless when you shipped it the day count doesnt start until the next day. So if the tell you it is going to be 3 days and you shipped on Monday..it will be there Friday.
