Is it possible to legally change my name to the name of a business? For example, can I change my name to McDonalds or Microsoft? If so, would it be possible for me to cash any checks written to them? Thanks for your help. Sophia, I believe it is legal. You should change your name to "Star Bucks". This way you have your choice of careers. If you bought a cardigan and some loafers, you could definitely pull it off. If you're going to change it, at least change it to something classy like Taco Bell. Can i ask why you would want to? |
