How much would you pay for a hard working 15 year old to cut your grass for you? |
I am a hardworking 15 year old in need of money. I want to make 3,000$ dollars with in a year. I want to buy a grand Piano, or a console piano. I know summer's coming up. Do you thing people would be more in the summer time? Well, that all depends on how big the yard is. Are you going to use the trimmers? (weed whacker?) Are you including sweeping off or using the blower on the sidewalks? If you find one or two people in your neighborhood who would hire you to cut their grass and you do a great job, you should get lots of word of mouth referrals. When my son was 13, he started with one yard in the neighborhood and by the time he was 16 he had so much work he had to turn some away! He was able to purchase his own car. (Used, mind you but his own car just the same!) I think what also helped his business was that he did do some free work for a couple of the senior citizens in the neighborhood. They were pleased and recommended him to paying customers! |
