Don't you hate when you get bad customer service?

I was at the grocery today and when I got home I realized that a few things hadn't made it into my bag. I called the store and they said "are you sure, cause we don't ever miss anything." Now I have to go back and get my 14.00 for the stuff they left rolling around on the bagging station.

Well, at least they believed you and you got your goods back. I live in FL, and I think Publix is a good Southern chain. At times things have been put under another price, or not advertised priced as they said, and they've always given it to me for free if the price is mismarked. I have even gone in with a receipt that I forgot to put coupons on, and gotten the money at customer service. Although there might be slightly cheaper groceries in my area, I like Publix. You can't beat their specials and buy one, get one free stuff. They always take the customer's word over any employees. That is why they are so successful

Of course I hate getting bad customer service. But I would be a little more careful to make sure that everything that I bought were in bags and ready to take if I were you.

To maintain low prices, most stores pay low wages, thus attracting some less-than-efficient employees.
Sadly, to get old-time service, we consumers must pay extra at a smaller establishment.
Even that's no guarantee! Haha! I mean, darn it!!
