Can an employer make you work 12 hrs. with only a 20 min. break in the state of oklahoma?

If you are 16 or older, the answer is yes. Neither the federal government nor the state of Oklahoma require employers to give breaks to their employees -- they are considered in Oklahoma to be benefits to be given at the discretion of the employer.

To reiterate (and answer the second response), federal law does NOT require employers to give a lunch period or breaks. (See both links that I provided, which both specifically state that there is no state or federal mandate for these breaks.) The only requirement the Department of Labor has is that short breaks of 5 to 20 minutes cannot be considered unpaid.

I disagree with "Flash" .. I would check out Federal Laws .. I believe they are required to give you, at minimum, 2 ten minute breaks and a 30 or 45 minute lunch/dinner break for a 12 hour shift. Good Luck ! :)
