I need information on Prince of the Road & Shared Mobility Coach. There transportation for the disabled Co?

I am looking for 1.) Phone no. 2.) E-mail address (if one exists)
3.) How far they will take me. 4) Cost 5.) How far ahead do I need to make the appointment..6.) Are there any time restraints (Ex. can't go after 10pm or on weekends.) If anyone knows about any other companies that may work I'd like that info as well. One more thing I like in Omaha Nebraska. I'm also on a fixed income.
