Are the stands in the mall provided by the Mall? |
Are these people independent sellers? I want to sale make-up... If you are talking about the kiosks in the aisles in the mall, then they pay a fee to put the kiosk up. Much like the regular stores pay rent, they have to rent the space. Usually the mall makes them a sign a contract for a few months and you will see much more of the kiosks during the holidays when the malls are busier. Anyone can apply to have a kiosk, but usually the mall won't let you sell things that compete directly with other regular tenants. For example, if you want to sell mainstream books, but they have a Borders that is a permanent store they probably will tell you no. yes and yes Pay for fees. Usually stands are rented just like the store spaces are rented. You have to contact the mall management to find out what their lease terms are for the stands. the company who owns the mall does so, that's who the security guards work for They pay monthly rent just like stores do. They are independent sellers I think that get permission to sell their items in the mall, but I do not know how the system works. |
