It depends. You can not be alone in any type of business until you are 18. If you are looking to apply at a gas station that always has 2 cashiers on duty, then you shouldn't have too much of a problem. Legally, you can work in a gas station at 16 as long as there is someone else there over the age of 18 at ALL times. Good luck.
