Can someone please tell me where I can find a regional/east of Mississippi trucking job that pays hourly?

Looking for trucking jobs that pay hourly wages instead of cpm.
Good companies,not like CRST,Swift,Schneider or JB Hunt. I hold a current Michigan driver's license CDL-A Non-Hazmat with Tank Endorsement. Willing to learn tankers. Experience of 3.5years on Refrigirated freight. Presently employed at Werner. Again, looking for jobs that pay hourly wages not C.P.M thanks

I would suggest either the local newspaper or employment office. I am sure they are out there. I know companies like Arrowhead Water and Coca-Cola hire local drivers and pay by the hour. Some dump truck and cement companies do also. A friend also mentioned Miller Transporters in Mississippi hires local drivers.
I prefer the long haul OTR jobs myself.
