Erlas Inc. in Cass City 989-872-2191 still offers a full service retail and wholesale meat department, they cut the meat, make sausage, smoke hams to order right there on the site. They also have a truck route, and many stores thru the thumb and Saginaw-Flint-Bay city up to Standish corridor carry their packaged meats. It's a nice clean place, I used to work there.
