Who do I contact to file a complaint?

I live in Midland, TX and I was wondering if anyone knows who to contact about a bad road? All the construction that they have done on it is awful work and the road is actually worse than it was before they started.

In Houston we call 311. I am not sure who you would call in Midland.

Research it and see if their is an equivalant. 311 in Houston is the city of houston call center.

I went to city services, development and then transportation division. Usually the number for the city is in the first or second page of the yellow pages, alongside the number for the police station, the fire department etc.

I would go straight to the horses mouth and call Texas Department of Transportation. Look in the phone book under State of Texas and give them the location.
