Does getting to a store 9 minutes before closing time justify denial of service? |
I only needed to purchase one item. Depends on what kind of store you are patronizing and what their policies are. Sometimes the workers will clear the store and not let anyone enter towards closing time. You still can get to store sometimes you have to tell them that you only need one item. you should be served.....next time fill up a whole cart of merchandise and leave the store, that will teach them to be rude, as they spend the next 20 minutes putting everything back not at all.sue them for all their worth. wut r u trying to ask here? Nope. Open is open. You should be able to ring up at 59 minutes past the hour. No, call up customer service line or talk to the general manager, that shouldn't be to happy about this one. It's losing $$$$$. No, but unfortunately most people are lazy and in a rush to get home. Its just sad, people can be so rude. No matter if you are the first customer or the last you should be treated the same. No, a store should honor the store hours they have posted. I would have definitely called the store manager about that. The store should not be turning you away if you arrive before their posted closing hour. That's sort of like bait and switch or false advertising, in my view. I would not think so, I've been into Home Depot and Best Buy plenty of times at closing, if the in doors not locked, they should let you buy something. NO. IF THE CLOSING TIME IS SUPPOSED TO BE 9 MINUTES BEFORE THAN THEY EFFING NEED TO SET THAT AS THE CLOSING TIME. no,the stores still open & if you were denied service, Nope. You only needed one item. I'd write a letter of complaint to the manager. I've arrived 30 minutes before and they have closed the store!! It is so irritating. I have gone into places as they were bringing things inside and getting ready to close. They still gave me excellent service. I would try to tell someone that I would just be a quick minute. They are tired and have things to do at home themselves but they should always treat their customers with courtesy and respect as you do them. all business have the right to refuse service to anybody, without reason. so nice try, i wouldnt let you in, if im trying to close and go home, i'll tell you to come back tomorrow and not give a ****... Well, I used to be a manager, and until that clock hits closing time, you accept who comes in graciously. is guess u r 1 of those people. |
