Does UPS have random drug tests after hiring you?

I know they do in the initial screening process but after that if your just working part time?

NO! I've worked there over five years I'm now a driver and I can tell you they only drug test on 3 conditions.

1."feeder drivers" or better known outside UPS as semi driver are tested regularly.
2. If you are displaying suspicious behavior they may drug test.
3. If you are a package car driver and cause an accident they will drug test.

The initial hiring process does NOT include a test. Even when I went to full time package car driving there is NO test for drugs. Only a common physical including sight, hearing, a diabetes test, and a turn and cough check. And many people think delivery drivers need CDL's....they don't only semi drivers. Package car drivers only need a Chauffeurs and have to pass the rigorous UPS driving and delivery method classes.
It is a common misconception as I've seen previously stated. Don't believe me? Ask your local UPS driver.
