My husband and I are moving to Augusta, GA and we are looking for loft rentals. Does anyone know of any?

We've only found one main property, Enterprise Mill, and I've emailed them, but I'd really like to look at several places before settling on one.

Seek out property management firms direct, those that manage businesses as well as apartment/home rentals. These are professionals whose knowledge may well be worth you paying their percentage fees to have a comfortable, sane home and setting to live in. Yours is a major move, so you want to treat yourself like royalty. Never mind too much about the investment costs if the return on the investment equals or exceeds your expectations.

Today, things are so congested. You need someone to "have your back," say... It is good to have something that is licensed and certified working on your and your family's behalf -- in all respects, where you live somewhere that you are happy to have family, friends and visitors over without all the worries, see?, even if the rent is a little more than you would wish to afford -- in which case you could work something out with the property owners and managers later to offset the expense. Be royal. Be creative. Be bold and enterprising.

You're looking for a loft?

Search craigslist or whatever GA has for listings of various items. Call up real estate agents. Check newspapers.

anywhere you choose to go..make sure you check out the area first. there are a lot of really bad parts in augusta that get broken into CONSTANTLY. houses, apartments, cars..you name it...people break into it.

we lived in a really awesome apartment complex that was over by augusta mall..called marks church commons..and so far im the only one out of everyone ive met on fort gordon that has lived off post and didnt have a bad experience with people breaking into my stuff.
