I need an advice.please read my post?

i am working in company A for 3 years now.
company A has a very nice working environment which made me stay and work for it for 3 years.
the problem is the pay isn't that much.
now i'm a working mom.but i'm not a single parent.my husband works too
in company A,i have observed that there's not much for one's professional growth either.

now, there's company B which i have been wanting to work for ever since i worked for company A
but in company B,the working environment isn't that warm and nice but the pay is BIG and it gives employees professional growth too

now i am confused.
should i stay in company A or go for company B?

Well you seem happy to be working in company A and money can't buy happiness. Company B only seems to be able to offer money and professional growth (which in the end is just more money). I would stay at company A and not risk losing the happiness gained from working there and heading into the unknown. Good luck with your decision. There would be other factors that Im not aware of that would be sure to sway your decision, so its not an easy one. Let us know what you decide!!

stay with company A it's better to be happy and like the plce that you work for than to go somewhere that you might quit in a week or two and not have a job at all
