I have a job interview tomorrow.?

I think I'm ready.
I just want you guys to throw some interview Q's out for me to answer. common ones, and ones you find difficult to answer.

thanks.

also.... It's for a courtesy clerk.
I've gone to mock interviews for school.
and we're told to bring our resume, and cover letter, and thank you letter and a few other things. is that really necessary for a courtesy clerk?

First, most people would say that a cover letter, resume, and thank you letter are not necessary for a courtesy clerk. Because most people feel this way, it will definately set you apart, so I suggest you go ahead and use them.

Questions:
How would you handle a difficult customer?
Give an example of a time you resolved a conflict.
Why do you want to work for our company?
Why do you think you would be the best person for the job?

"when was the last time someone needed your help? what did they need? how did you help them?" I was so caught off guard i just made something up off the top of my head lol

Typically the first question will be, "Tell me about yourself." Talk about your strongest asset, something that is related to the job. (People remember the first thing you say, then put everything after that around your first statement.)
"Why do you thing you would be good at this job?"
"What jobs have you had in the past?" "Why did you leave each?" "What did you dislike about your last job?" "How would you handle ______?" (angry customer is typical, or co-worker with problems). Make sure to ask alot of questions about the job...show interest! GOOD LUCK (don't assume they have thoroughly read your resume, or remember it...bring extra copies)
