Wuld u hire me even if i didnt have ne experience. but was really good at the job?

im curious to know.. because this is something i have to proove to someone i know.. that we were debating on..ok. thanks for the feedback..if ne..

happy new year..i pray@

I would yes unless there was liability reasons if you failed to do your job.. some jobs can get sued without hiring a certain critera of people. Also, a person without the education may not knwo all the ins and outs necessary to do the job as thoroughly in every area. I would hire you, if you agreed to take the eduation as you worked for me.

if u did not have any expierience i wouldnt know u were good at the job or not so i'd prolly hire the person that has expierience but then regret it when they suck at the job

No, because you haven't impressed me. Not only do you not have the experience, but you can't even take time to spell or punctuate your message correctly.

If I hired you, you would be representing me. To be honest you aren't/haven't made a good impression. I would hire someone who at the very least, took pride in everything he or she did, and that includes this message.

You might have a chance if the job did not involve either talking or writing which, based on the way your question is phrased and spelled, are not your strong points.

probably not since you have no experience..............How do I know you are telling the truth.........it is easier not to hire than to fire.............

well it is hard to unless you have an interview in which the interviewer can tell or you might say feel you out and the biggest thing is showing your ambition and if I or an interviewer can see that you know what your talking about and not blowing smoke then of course I would hire you confidence and a positive attitude goes a long way so good luck on proving your theory I hope this helped you
