Business idea- i need your honest opinion?


Hi there me and my friend have started a "person provider" service which provides recruitment agencies with people as they are regularlly in need of people for their jobs that they have provided. Whats you opionion on the over all idea, do you think it will work, how much should i charge per person, any ideas to add or change

If you can provide people to fill up a recruitment agency's needs, why not go directly to the employers instead of the agency? You'll get 25% - 28% commission of their base pay.

a person provider? Do you mean a temp agency? There are alot of agencies out there such as Kimco & Staffcore. I think the idea is great. You need to invest in some fundamental testing equipment, such as a computer and program to test one's typing speed, excel skills etc...

Those agencies usually make about 20%-30% of the salary. Also if a company decides to hire your client full time, the agency usually charges a "finder's" fee. I don't know how much that is though...
