Hooters application process??

I applied at Hooters at the beginning of the week & was given an interview on the spot. The manager that I talked to asked me the usual questions & then told me to come back in on Thursday to talk to another manager. Obviously, I went back on Thursday & talked to that manager, who then told me that he would talk to the other managers & if they could "find a spot" for me then I would hear from them within a few days & be called back for *another* interview & orientation.

My question is, is this the typical application process when it comes to being hired at Hooters? And also, since both of my interviews have gone well, is that a good indication that I should get the job?

Thanks in advance.

The application process also requires a demonstration evaluating oral skills performed while you're on your knees. .

most jobs have less fuss over the application process.....find another job to apply for that doesn't require, big ol hooters to get a job...you are worth more than that.

to be honest i have never applied for a job at hooters but the aaplication process sounds far fetched, could be because these men have no brains and it takes 3 of them to interview one candidate on seperate occasions? i wonder what they do all day? the fact you have had 2 interviews so far must be a good sign and im sure orientation is like a welcoming which signals you must have the job to go through that. its a shame they wont hurry up so you can get down to earning some hard earned money!

Okay if they have room for you then they will tell you when to come to orientation. That will be a 4-6 hour class. Then you will start training. You will follow a Hooters Girl around for about 4 days (you will not make tips, just min wage). Then on the fifth day, you will get half of your own section and keep your tips you make. On the fifth day, you are on your own :) Oh and don't worry about being turned down for being ugly or somthing, because if they thought you didn't look good enough, they wouldn't have given you a second interview. Trust me.
