What's the best job you've ever had?

and why, was it the pay or the people (did you do a lot of networking that got you a better job), or the location or all of the above?

working at grocery store as a stocker.. when we closed the store we used to always goof around, and just eat food in the aisles while we were working and the people were great. We used to sneak food into the Dairy Cooler too and just eat in there, while we got paid to work.

The one I have now. The pay could still be better, but I work for a great boss and the job itself it very rewarding. I didn't do any networking, I was promoted into it.

Staring my own company. Also as a financial services executive, I recommend checking out www.learntosucceed.biz. They can make the difference, sound career advice and they will answer your specific questions.
Good Luck.
