I have a second job interview. Please help!!?

Do they ask the same questions? If so, I should have the advantage right?
The first interview I had was with the manager. Now I have it with the managers BOSS! You think he/she might be harder on me?
Any tips would help if you've been on both sides of the table.

THANKS!

Second interviews can vary depending on the company. Some companies us a structured interview process and my ask you the same questions or they may ask completely different questions in an effort to tap into different criteria.

I suggest that you go online and download interview questions and role play with another person. Try to count the number of fillers you use at that time (ums, ahhs etc) and may an effort to reduce them. Also, be sure that you are dressed appropriately to meet the boss (a dark suit is best) Sit facing your mirror and practice your eye contact, posture and examine your body language. Good Luck

go to the library and get an interview book

they will ask
what is your biggest weakness?
when is a time when you overcame a problem/complaint and how did you do it
blah blah

Be yourself man. The manager liked what you had said and how you presented yourself. The manager told the boss about you and now bossman/lady wants to meet this good person. So go in with the same attitude and just be yourself.

Read up on the company, or check their website before going to the interview. You need to know something about them, so you look good.
Dress well, look good, carry a briefcase, suit and tie, clean shoes, smile and be happy. Eye to eye contact, shake hands like you mean it, sit with openess, no crossed legs.
Expect the usual "why here", "what do you have to offer us", "what are your strengths", "your weaknesses". Know what you are going to say ahead of time.
This is how you get the edge over the dozens of others applicants waiting for their turn.
