I dread this more than normal?

i've had 3 jobs in 6 months. i'm only 15 so its not like its a big deal or anything.

The first one i liked but i HATED everyone i worked with.
The second one i liked the people but HATED the owner and the job

At both jobs i DREADED going. i hated it i would make myself physically sick. I know its normal to not want to go to work but i really hated it. I thought it was just the jobs but I just started a new one. I've worked there one day and work tomorrow and sunday and i'm already dreading going back. Even though i like this job and the people i worked with last time.

why do i hate it so much?

i know its a "Job" but its getting ridiculous. what else am i supposed to try. stores don't hire 15 year olds and i NEED a job

You might have a little fear of being ridiculed or disliked so you're putting up your own barriers first.

It's funny, but 15 is a little bit like being 2. By this I mean that you still tend to focus more on "yourself" and less on other people. Remember when you were 2 and always wanted your mom or dad to "look at me!"

I don't mean you want to be noticed, I mean you THINK that people ARE noticing you, or judging you, when in reality they aren't!

Most people are too wrapped up in their own stuff to care about your stuff (so are you).

Don't worry too much about what other people are thinking, or what your BOSS is thinking about you. Instead just get down to business and learn everything there is to learn at the job so that you feel confident and in charge of yourself. That's when things will fall into place.

In other words, stop thinking "are they looking at me?" (or talking about me, etc. etc.)" Because the truth is they aren't!

Just focus on doing a good job and being pleasant with everyone. If you don't understand something ASK. There's nothing dumber than someone who won't learn or ask for help because they are embarrassed. It's more embarrasing to get something wrong than it is to ask once and learn how to do it!

Good luck to you. I promise, it gets easier!

because it's a "job"...

It 's because it's all so new to you. New things are always horrible and scary at first, but if you give it 2 weeks you'll find yourself getting more used to it.
Also maybe the jobs you're going for aren't right for you.
