Tips on answering these interview questions...? |
They are actually pre-interview questions for an online application. Would you have any tips on how to answer them, what to focus on, what they are looking for, what kind of examples to give etc. I am a mechanical engineering undergrad applying for an engineering placement. The key is to make everything sound positive. Most places want to hear about how well you get along with other people and how well you work in groups. They are most likely looking for things such as leadership and ability to work well within a team. What they are looking for is a sense of context about you. How you get along and work with others. Are you a self-defeating person or can you work your way out of a difficult or challenging situation, etc. |
