I have asked for a pay hike before joining a company but my boss says he will review after 6 months? How to? |
Hey I asked for a raise in pay but my boss says he will do so after 6 months? How to politely tell him without hurting him that he has to give a raise now or I will quit immediately and maintain a friendly relation with him after resigning? Just why is getting paid less than somebody else "humiliating"? That comment does not make any sense to me! I would just be honest with him but that may mean that you don't get a job at all. I my opinion, your co-workers should not know how much you earn unless you tell them. |
