Am I lucky to have my job? |
I have been turned down for a promotion because I was a disabled vet. I have been called a slave and made to "jump through hoops". I watch as a total idiot gets raises and praises for decorating as I have to maintain what makes the place work. Some people say I am lucky to have a job; but I say I need to find another job. I need a better job right? They can't turn you down for a promotion because of your disability, unless that disability would prevent you from doing the job. Totally. Find a job where your talents will be appreciated. Don't quit before you find one though. Yes. Here is the solution |
