What are some summer jobs for 13 years olds?

any good jobs you can think of, besides babysitting

I live in a pretty rural community...15 minutes from town. I just want some extra pocket money, and I'm saving up to get my friend an iPod for her birthday! My parents have lots of $$$ but don't just give it to me...if I want something I have to earn the cash myself

Dog walking/sitting, lawn work, paper delivery

You are too young to legally be hired for most jobs.

cutting the grass

lawn mowing

greeting-card selling

lemonade stand

raking leaves
cleaning the house
doing chores........

go to a pet store and help out

chores..lawn duty, car wash, doing dishes

you cant get a job at thirteen

Get an account on ebay.
1) Earn enough money by during chores to open an account
2) Search for items in the house that your family doesn't want anymore [make sure you talk to its owner]
3) Make a reasonable price
4) Make you take a picture of the item
5) Be paient [2nd try is the charm]
6) When the item has been brought, send it immently
7) To make extra money, add more $$$ to the shipping price.

(hint) My 12 year old daughter made 100 dollars in a week
--------------
Or....
1) Make a website
2) Go to google and put advertisment on it
3) When a person clicks on an advertisment, you get paid

mow lawns, clean houses, take care of people's pets, sell something (ex, jewelry that you make, candy, etc.), work for someone that will hire you (like a relative or close friend of the family), i`m sure you'll think of something ! :]

raking the leaves..open a car wash with friends

well u can mow lawns and ummmm.....i don't know

Summer? Hm.
Lifeguard.
:]

you can babysit me pretty girl. lol!

or

yard work. passing out flyers. online work. runnign errands for old folks.

When i was thirteen i used to just mow lawns and play the poor boy role and scam as much money as i could. If it snows where you are shovel some driveways and charge a bunch.

Yard work
Cleaning out garages
Dog walking
Garage sale
Helping out at shelters (though you would probably not be paid to do so)

I'm not even sure you can get a worker's permit at 13, can you?

You have the rest of your life to work- why are you in a hurry to do it more now?

caddy at local public golf clubs

cut grass, pet sit, house sit, sell stuff on ebay, get a job from a family member, wash cars, bake sale, etc.

petstore

car washing
yard work
working at the local football stand
church activities

Uhm you could help out your neighbors by if they needed help clean there house, walk dogs. idunno just simple things to make money
wash cars.?

babysitting.. or helping out at daycares or other businesses .. maybe u should try cleaning houses... mowing lawns thats just a few

Paper Route

work for a relative

well he can mow peoples lawns or do handy man work around the neighborhood (raking the leaves, cleaning the gutters, etc) there arent many jobs for 13 year olds. the earliest age that u can have an official job with an hourly wage is 15, and thats really limited. when i was 15 i barely managed to get a job at disney, but my dad put a good word in for me. good luck wit finding a job though!

cleaning up the house 4 your parents

at a supermarket ..Cashier, etc....
selling juice on the streets for 50cents
working with mom or dad
walking dogs

You could babysit

dog walking, housecleaning

make a small home business or try to get a job with some relatives in a business they have because they won't hire you in many other places unless ur 16

Well you could do some lawn work...
Babysitting gets you a lot of money...
But since you don't want to do that you could watch animals and other thing.
Car washing maybe.
