New Job- Continuous Employment? |
I was recently offered a job at a new store, opening in March. When I recieved my contract, my start date is 11th February for an induction. It seems to me that 'continuous' means that there are no lapse in contract starting on Feb 11th. With many retailers, I believe that they need to train their employees first, and if it's with a large enough firm, they usually pay while training. |
