what kind of things would be proper to put in skills and qualifications?

what kind of things would be proper to put for skills or qualifications if I am filling out an application for spanish medical interpreter?

Any medical background or experience should be listed. Your multi-language is a skill that should be listed, and of course any other skills you have. If there is space on an application for skills...fill it out...it is your "brag" space, use it.
