Job at blockbuster?

I'm in interested in working at blockbuster i was wondering know what they pay for part time clerk and what kind of question do they ask in interview?

I'm a shift leader at a blockbuster in alabama and I get paid $8.32 an hour...this is after 4 years working there (I became a shift lead last year). I started at $6.50 as a CSR, so there are very little raises. But it's good for school, since schedules are flexible...and it's not a very physically demanding job. You get free rentals too, and co-workers aren't usually too bad. They'll mainly ask you about your customer service skills, since that's about 90% of the job (dealing with irate customers). I'm neutral towards Bbuster....I've worked there so long it's like a monkey-at-typewriter type job and it's convenient, so I'm like, what the hey...

i'm a shift leader there (4 years)TX. CSR's start between $6.50-$7.00 depending on your working skills and what you ask for. in the interview they would ask you what you would do in certain sistuations, what's your favorite movie, are you able to work holidays, and they are also watching how talkative you are. so dont be shy. hope this helps. good luck. i've do interview there a few times!

At an interview be extra friendly and just happy. They LOVE ppl who aren't afraid to approach customers since you're selling something everyday. Most of the time they ask:
What is something you did that went above and beyond what you normally were expected to do for customers?

Describe a situation where you had to handle a customer who was upset or angry.

Why did you quit/why were you terminated from your last job?

They may also have you sell something weird to them like a post-it, stapler, paper clip.
