How to deal?

Ok, so the people i work with are complete a holes..and i can't quit the job, because i need the money. But everyday i deal with people who just generally dislike me, and put me down right in front of me, i always take it..but honestly i can't take it anymore. I do my job, and do it efficiently...but apparently I am disliked because "i am too nice" The people i work with even treat customers rudely..and when i tell them to back off of people..i get harassed even more..and my hours are cut..Any advise...or some good comeback...and please don't say quit..thanks guys. sorry for the repeat question..

Time to start looking for a new job.

No one deserves to be treated badly at work

And if they cut your hours the writing is on the wall, you won't be there much longer.

Go, NOW, start looking. Times are getting tougher and who knows how long it will take to find something new.
