Should I put a summer program at a university on my resume?

I'm currently in my second year at NYU applying for jobs at Accounting firms or investment banks this summer.

I'm wonder if I should put down under education a summer program course that I took at Columbia University the summer between my Junior and Senior year of high school under "Education".

If not, should I make a note of it under another sub section such as "Education Highlights at University?" or should I just leave it off completely.

Oh just to add

the summer program was for "Intro to Business, Finance, and Economics"

If it directly relates to the position you are seeking and shows extra qualifications on your part that will give you the edge over your competition, then definitely include it. It is certainly recent enough. Yes, put it under "Education" as a general grouping. You don't want your Resume to look too chopped up.

Thank you for the Best Answer pick. You sound like a high achiever with a successful future ahead of you. DHW. Report It

yes u should

yes!! you should they wil look at that

If it relates to the position you are interested in then yes, but if it is totally opposite than No!

If the course is relevant to the job your applying for you should include it on your resume under education.

I would probably list it

Definitely put it on there! It could go under education or summer programs

of course you should the more you put the more impressive the resume looks

Definatly put in on there! Sounds like it should go under education!
