What i shoud say in my first interview?

its the first interview ever.iam confused.i dont know what to say.i have no experience, but i think i can do it

1- Review a list of typically asked questions (google job interview questions)-- Depending on the job, they may ask you traditional questions (what are your strengths/weaknesses) or more behavioral questions (give an example of a time you used good judgment to solve a problem)...they're both the same pretty much, but asked differently. Mentally prepare, but do not memorize word by word...you want to sound natural, not like a beauty queen answering the final question.

2- Go to the company's website, research the company's history, what exactly it does and your position---throw in key words that are significant in that field, while giving your interview.

3- Interview the person-- Don't just answer questions. Take over and ask the person intelligent questions. This shows interest, aggression and drive. Take notes in front of them. Assure them that after further elaboration, you know it's the job for you. Do not ever show hesitation.

4- Do not forget the importance of non-verbal language. Shake hands firmly, keep eye contact, speak firmly with confidence.

5- Be sincere. They have done tons of interviews, so they can see right through insincerity. Believe what you're saying.

6- Don't answer yes or no to questions, wanting them to pass quickly. Every question is an opportunity for you to sell yourself...so you have to take your time and elaborate...show off your skills, give examples...if you don't have work experience, tell them about other accomplishments and relate them to your ability to do this job.

7- And remember, the interview starts as soon as you enter the building and ends when you leave the building. Everything in between counts. Do not just concentrate on the 20 minute interview. You want to be pleasantly remembered by the CEO, as well as the intern, if you bump into them in the process.

Just do your research, practice, believe in yourself and you can do it :)

Be prepared. The link below takes you to a bunch of questions that you can use to make sure you're ready to answer.

Here is a list of questions they will probably ask:

Tell me a little about yourself.
What are your strengths as an employee?
What is your greatest weakness?
Tell me about the best boss you ever had.
Tell me about the worst boss you ever had.
What motivates you?
What changes have you made in your life that you are most proud of?
How do you handle change?
Do you prefer to work with others, or by yourself?
What does customer service mean to you?
Do you plan to continue your education?
If your supervisor asks you to do something you know is dead wrong, what do you do?
What do you do to relax after work?
Describe a recent incident that most challenged your patience and enthusiasm.
What do you find least interesting about this job?
What do you know about our company?
Where do you see yourself professionally in 5 years?
How do you handle misunderstandings / conflict?
Do you have reliable transportation?
If you were an animal; what kind would you be and why?
Do you have any questions for me?

Here are your skills that you don't even know that you have:

Answered a phone
(Operated Telecommunication System)
Made a photocopy
(Operated a variety of office equipment)
Did something on a computer
(Worked with various software systems)
Mailed a letter

(Executed transportation route efficiencies)

(Performed landscaping design)

(Designed audio electrical system)
Cleaned something
(Performed Custodial Duties)
Fell down the stairs
(Demonstrated OSHA safety tests)

First you just have to be yourself during the interview. Keeping eye contact is very important. Answer questions honestly, do not over do your dressing, why not do some research before you go.

Ok-have a lot of questions prepared. Usually at the end of the interview they will ask if you have any questions. IE; What happened the the person I'm replacing? What is your history w/ the company? What oppertunities for advancement are there-this will show that you are interested and help determine if this job is really what you want to do.
