I like to start bio diesel plant & i need information?

i am intrested in starting a bio diesel plant( small cottage industry type say about 40 to 50 ltr production / hour with small investmaent) for the same i wonted to know the details , like plant/ machinary manufactureres of bio diesel plant, raw matirieal requiured for the bio diesel , types of marketing chalenges i have to face during the time of bio diesel marketing & minimum investment/space
required for the project

dude whats the horizon that you are looking at .
if you are looking at something like 2-3 years then its a very good bet .however if you are looking out somewhere around 10-15 years it may not be so good option.

due to rising fuel prices this might seem to be a good option but
in the longer run it may not work out as the fight against global warming is gathering momentum .

The day is not far when we will have to stop using IC engines to run our cars and buses but more cleaner engines like fuel cells might become the future.


Top sum it up i wud say for the immediate future bio -diesel looks prominsing but in the longer run i wud suggest you to take a look at Fuel cells.


I am open to your comments and suggestions on this.

the first thing you need is a lot of money. it takes 16 gallons of diesel to make 1 gallon of bio diesel so good luck getting past the e.p.c to get permits. a very noisy, smelly polluting industry that is very harmful to enviroment.

FOR BIODISEL U NEED JATROPHA SEEDS
EITHER U SHOULD HAVE YOUR OWN PRODUCTION OR THEY SHOULD AVAILABLE IN PLENTY AROUND U
THE MACHINERY AND MARKETING IS NOT DIFFICULT
WHAT IS THE CAPITAL THAT U HAVE ?
