Question about shipping an EBay item and flat rate USPS boxes...? |
I have an item which needs to be shipped to Nigeria, can i use a Priority Mail USPS flat rate box to send to Nigeria? It says on the box "Same rate regardless of weight or destination" so i am wondering if this covers everywhere in the world, or just certain countries? USPS Priority(flat rate) applies to ONLY US territory. |
